The Madison Series is our economy line of storage sheds. While our buildings usually feature our heavy-duty construction, our Madison series is crafted with a lighter build. Because of this lighter construction, we can offer these buildings with a smaller price tag. They are a good solution for our frugal customers on a strict budget. Here's a quick breakdown of the major differences between these two builds at Pine Creek Structures...
Madison Series Buildings:
- Available in Mini Barn, Dutch, and Peak style only (with LP or Vinyl siding only)
- 5/8" floor sheeting
- 2x3 wall and rafter construction (24" on center)
- T-hinges on doors
- Vinyl buildings standard with vinyl covered wood doors
- Two 4"x16" madison end vents
- Standard with no windows (may be added for additional cost)
- Standard sizes ranging from 6x6 to 10x14. Madison Series buildings not available larger than 10x14.
- Covered by a 1-Year Top-To-Bottom Warranty from Pine Creek Structures
Heavy Duty Buildings:
- All styles available (with any siding type)
- 5/8" coated, engineered floor sheeting
- 2x4 wall and rafter construction (16" on center)
- Continuous aluminum piano door hinges (on LP sided buildings) or stainless steel butt door hinges (on vinyl sided buildings)
- Vinyl buildings standard with fiberglass doors
- Gable end vents not included standard
- 1 or 2 operable sliding windows with screen included standard
- Standard sizes ranging from 6x6 to 14x40
- Covered by a 6-Year Top-To-Bottom Warranty from Pine Creek Structures
BOTH Madison and Heavy Duty Building Include:
- All structural components fastened with nails (no staples)
- 4x4 Runners
- 2x4 Pressure-treated floor joists (16" on center)
- GAF/ELK architectural singles
- Door handle with keyed lock
